I came across an idea. A way of creating new art.. But I thought about Basquiat and about Warhol. I thought about Picasso. Everyone wants me to go back to the style of art I used to do. I can't I'm a progressive creature. I have to keep moving. I have a north light I'm pursuing. I wonder how other artists can continue to create the same stuff as always and forever. Why?
We think of time and how precious it is. We think of love and how wonderful it is. We think of eachother and how marvelous we are. We value family and the precious moments we share. A house full of family moments and the cars all parked on the driveway and the along the curve side. The smell of joy and happiness in the air. We travel back in time and think of our ancestors. We think of where our talent could of comes from. We find out that our grandparents had a talent for the arts and design. However, they never applied it like you did. An artist's life is not an easy one....
Jackson Pollock was a great American artist. Although people criticized his art as spaghetti noodles and or just children's art. He actually was creating masterpieces. He was phenomenal. The fact he fought against himself to break out of his shell takes balls to do. As an artist one has lots of trouble finding a unique voice. When every one thinks you are merely copying another artist's work it empties you. It kills your spirit. So then you try to find your own voices and people think your work is shit. So what does one do? Well, that's the question. You find that balance. But when you finally find your own voice and your own talent. You're amazing and not one person can take that from you. Bravo! #bravo
